Rorrim Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how IKENAA LTD handles information when you use Rorrim, visit the Rorrim website or contact Rorrim support.

Who We Are

IKENAA LTD is the developer of Rorrim and is registered in England and Wales under company number 10629139.

Information in the App

Rorrim does not require an account or sign-in. Your Lenses, responses, notes, Timeline, Memory, Landscape, Tree, guide progress and related app state remain on your device unless you enable optional iCloud Backup. IKENAA LTD does not receive that content through a Rorrim-operated server.

Local information remains on your device until you erase it, uninstall Rorrim or it is removed through a device or backup process you control.

Optional iCloud Backup

If enabled, iCloud Backup stores an encrypted owner-only copy of saved responses, exact Lens snapshots, provenance, compatibility revisions, Timeline notes and Tree appearance identity in your private Apple CloudKit database. Memory projections, Landscape, Tree images and widget caches remain on the device.

The private database belongs to the iCloud account on your device and is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy. IKENAA LTD does not use it as an application database and cannot associate it with a Rorrim account because Rorrim has no account system.

You can disable future backup without deleting the existing private copy, or use Delete iCloud Backup to remove that copy. Deleting the backup does not erase information stored on the device. Erasing device data does not automatically delete an existing iCloud backup.

On-Device Processing

The bundled Lens planner and Memory Engine operate on the device. Rorrim does not send private writing to a remote language model. Rorrim does not sell user data, display advertising, build advertising profiles or track activity across other companies' apps and websites.

Diagnostics

Rorrim contains no third-party analytics SDK and no custom diagnostic upload. Apple may provide IKENAA LTD with crash reports, hang reports, performance information and TestFlight feedback when allowed by Apple's diagnostic-sharing or beta-distribution settings. Rorrim does not place Lens wording or user-entered responses and notes in diagnostic signpost names.

Website and Support

If you use the support form, the website processes the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address and message, so IKENAA LTD can respond. Do not include private response history or other information that is not needed to explain the issue.

Website and hosting providers may process routine technical records such as IP address, browser information, request time and security logs to deliver and protect the website. This website information is separate from the Rorrim app.

Your Choices and Rights

You can use Rorrim without creating an account, choose whether to enable iCloud Backup, delete the private iCloud backup and erase Rorrim data stored on the device.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning information submitted through the website or support process. Use the support form to make a request. If you are in the United Kingdom, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Security

Keep your device and Apple account secure. Device passcode, operating-system protections and Apple's iCloud security protect information within their respective boundaries, but no storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Rorrim does not operate an account, public feed or content-sharing service and does not collect a birth date or age range. Its human-authored Lenses are reviewed for suitability under the app's published age rating.

Changes to This Policy

IKENAA LTD may update this policy when Rorrim's features, service providers or legal obligations change. The current version will be published at ikenaa.com/rorrim/privacy with an updated date.
